As an accredited certification body, PM-ZERT selects assessors according to defined criteria. Each assessor working for PM-ZERT is themselves certified according to IPMA® standards and is responsible for evaluating candidates and deciding on the recommendation for certification. The IPMA® certification regulations (ICR4) stipulate that assessors must hold at least the certification level for which they are assessing candidates. Since candidates for IPMA® Levels C and B are generally examined together in joint sessions at PM-ZERT, an assessor must therefore hold at least an IPMA® Level B certificate.
In addition, assessors are often project management experts approved by international committees and bring extensive industry experience. All examinations and assessments within the certification process are conducted independently by these assessors on behalf of PM-ZERT. This also includes evaluating reports and case studies as well as conducting interviews and workshops.
Below you will find an overview of the assessors currently working for PM-ZERT.
