Additional Certificate hybrid+ (GPM) – The extension to all IPMA® Levels.

The Additional Certificate hybrid+ (GPM) is intended for all individuals who have obtained an IPMA® Level D, C, B, or A certification. It is an additional qualification in hybrid project management and has been offered by PM-ZERT since 2016. With the Additional Certificate hybrid+, you can specifically demonstrate that you are familiar with agile techniques and are able to apply them effectively. In addition, you are capable of meaningfully integrating traditional project management techniques into an agile environment.

Hybrid project management is based on an agile mindset. It applies Agile Management 4.0 and complements it with models and methods from traditional project management.

It is recommended if you hold a valid IPMA® 4-L-C certificate and would like to additionally demonstrate hybrid PM competencies.
It is particularly targeted at:

Project managers for innovative projects
Heads of PMOs
Line managers
Product managers
Innovation managers

A valid IPMA® certificate (Level D to Level A in Project Management) is required.

You are familiar with agile techniques and know how to apply them.
You understand how traditional project management techniques can be meaningfully integrated into an agile environment.
